On October 21, 2015, Phyllis Ruth Orlik peacefully passed at her home among family. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 25, 1930, she was the only child of Mitchel Michaelson and Anne Gutin. She married Gilbert Orlik in 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is survived by her four sons (Randy, Mitch, Gregg and Jeff), her husband, and her seven grandchildren. Services will be held on October 25, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Home of Peace Cemetery, 1299 El Camino Real, Colma, CA 94014.
