Reva Rodman Zwang, of Lincolnwood, Illinois and Walnut Creek, California died of natural causes on Wednesday, April 7th, 2021. She was 91 years old. Reva was born in Chicago. She was a proud graduate of Marshall High School, where she excelled in swimming and art and was awarded a scholarship at the Art Institute of Chicago. She loved reading, needlepoint and knitting. She was a charismatic, resilient lover of life and greatly appreciated art, art classes, decorating and fashion. Reva and her late husband Leonard, were founding members of Lincolnwood Jewish Congregation. Reva remarried in 1982 to the late Myron Zwang who passed in 2012. Reva volunteered for the Service Club of Chicago. She treasured time spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Stephen Rodman (Robin Rodman and the late Cari Rodman) of Danville, Ca; Dr. Dean Rodman (Toby Rodman) of Brookline, MA; and Michael Rodman of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, David Rodman (Alia Rodman); Lisa McGuigan (Mick McGuigan); Leonard Rodman; Elana Rodman-Solomon (Peter Solomon); Brooke Rodman (Kenneth Lundgren III) as well as four great grandchildren, Liam, Lola, Cooper and Emma. Reva is being laid to rest at Palm Springs Desert Memorial Park on Tuesday April 13th at 1:30 PM.
